General
• Delivery applies to mainland England, Wales & Scotland only (certain postcode restrictions may apply).
• Free delivery applies to all products within their individual delivery area
• Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Our delivery times are Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
• Our deliveries are carried out by a one man kerbside delivery service, please ensure that there is sufficient labour on site to hand offload the delivery. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned and rescheduled.
• Delivery vehicles can be as large as an 18.5to flat bed lorry. The customer is required to advise Sliding Sash Windows Online if there are any site restrictions that may prevent delivery taking place. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned and rescheduled.
• All orders will only be delivered to the address stated at the time of the order. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
• Delivery dates are issued based on the weekly allocated delivery day for delivery into the specific postcode area. Delivery days cannot be chosen or specified by the customer.
• All deliveries are to be checked and signed for by the customer at the point of delivery, unless there has been a prior agreement with transport.
• Any defects or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery, or claims will be rendered invalid.
• Please do not commence or arrange any work / install to be carried out until you have received and checked your product fully. Please note, ONCE THE ITEMS ARE FITTED, Sliding Sash Windows Online cannot be held responsible for any damages found.
• The couriers will contact the customer on the contact number provided on the day of delivery to advise an arrival ETA. No ETAs can be given prior to the day of delivery.

Please see the postcode maps below for free delivery exclusions. Delivery costs for out of area postcodes are not calculated and added at the point of online checkout. A separate carriage payment will be required after the initial online purchase and is payable within 24 hours, through the secure payment link sent in the email. Items will not be placed into manufacture until the payment has been made.
